Quality difference between these to Panerai choices

I'm set on going with a grey dial and would prefer a GMT and/or power reserve complication. I'd prefer to stick with a higher quality rep. Looks like the first one listed below is the nicer of the two. I was hoping somebody with more experience could tell me how much nicer, quality wise, it is compared to the second choice. I kind of like the second watch better, but don't want something too shoddy. Thanks.

PAM351 is a much better choice. There is no good rep of an "Equation of Time" watch like the PAM402.

I have 586 Q from KW and I can truly admit this watch is absolutely GEM, perfectly finished with GMT indicator (12h like everyone else on market) with unique GEN like feeling on wrist. I'm living in Dubai and people even from AP, MONTBLANC, IWC boutiques are admitting that I'm wearing very nice Panerai when I'm visiting stores, case back is closed so no chance to spot it's fake by looking at mechanism.
Quality of this watch speaks for itself.
It's worth to consider.

Nothing, only to understand if the salespersons are really experts or not..

I believe it depends a lot. I've been in some ADs that the staff are really knowledgeable and I'm sure they will identify a rep with an open caseback. Something like the PAM586 might also raise suspicions since it's a limited edition.

That would be extremely stupid, especially here in Dubai where for such activity you can be thrown to the jail in worst scenario, for sure you'd forced to pay extremaly huge fine.
So it's not worth to take a shot.

I was not thinking so..in italy is different..anyway not all the staff in shops are really knowledgeable , for example it depends if they are multibrand or one brand..
