Forgive me for asking what may seem a very daft question..... but, are the Titanium cases on reps 100% Titanium. How can one be sure or one verify they are getting a genuine 100% Ti case?
Also what percentage of chromium is contained within the standard rep stainless steels case?
I know the second question is a bit ambiguous since the term 'stainless steel' describes a very broad group of steel alloys, but for a metal to be classified as SS it must contain a minimum of 10.5% chromium. The higher the percentage of chromium the, the stronger the corrosion resistance of the steel, the longer your rep will last (assuming its serviced regularly)..
I just wondered if any of the dealers out there could shed some light on this ....
