Quality Check on Hontwatch.ru PAM111 Noob V4?

Hi all,

I would like some advice on whether this is the best rep to go for the PAM111 noob v4 -

The dial seems poor in comparison to other models i have seen? Does anyone have experience of this and why it could be?

That is an H-series PAM111. Noob super reps only started with the N-series onwards and current version has the Y-incabloc mod.

I would suggest asking the TDs themselves for the price and doing the research on which TD might be a best fit for you. The right price is the price that your selected TD gives you.

AFAIK Hont is a TD...unless somethings changed recently. I've always had good experiences with him (mild language barrier, but to be expected, and good service esp compared to non-TDs).

I bought a Noob v4 Pam111 from chazingtime. It’s a good piece however do note that the watch can only be manually wind. There’s no rotor at the back.

To be fair, in no part of the ad does it say Noob V4. So it's just the OP hoping he found a steal.

What's to note (like you're stating a negative aspect of the watch)? The PAM111 gen is a manual wind with the OP XI movement (based on the ETA 6497) and the rep uses an A6497 manual wind movement. There is nothing wrong with the watch being only manual wind and having no rotor.
