just my opinion, but I don't think you're looking at a straight-on photo of the watch.
Look how much more top inner lug you see on the right lug than the left. I would bet it's exactly the difference
as the bezel 6 and the dial marker at 6.

Yes…the camera angle is slightly left of center. You can see this by how much more of the inside of the lug
is visible on the top right lug than is visible on the top left.
These 389's are awesome….the first submersible I've really liked.

You will get all kinds of opinion for a post like that. Instead of starting a thread and ask for opinion, all you should do is just to email your dealer regarding your issue on the watch, request him to check and send a clearer close up shot if everything is alright.
