QC pics... Omega PO-Help me to decide

A TD sent me the QC pics. Help me to decide. I have to choose one of these 2 clocks.

1st watch date is 4th
2nd watch date is $25th


1.-I want to know if they have some failure as to reject them.
2.-which of them I choose in case they are right?
