Greetings everyone. This is my first post on the forum and first purchase as well. I was provided with some "QC" pics, and wanted to see what the experts thought. Thanks very much! I purchased the following watches.

1. ROO -- Tour Auto
2. ROO - Black Themes
3. ROO - White Themes (I Think)
4. ROO - Rubber rose gold x2 (one for the wife)
5. ROO - Las Vegas (still waiting on the QC photos of this one)

Thank you! There were just too many of them that I liked. What should I specifically ask the dealer for? More clear/closer up photos of the dial? Are photos of the back necessary? Thank you so much for your help!

Wow! may i ask who the dealer is? you must have spent allot of bucks and those qc pics are pretty poor (the pics not the actual watches) no real way of knowing if they are actually your watches.

They all look fine at first sight, but you need clearer shots, these seem to be taken with a phone or something. Anyhow, I'm interested in better pics to decide whether they look good or not, looks like they're giving you the safari (not the white themes) with a date window more to the left, this dial is not that accurate, the date window is more accurate.

Try to get some better pics :)

Will have better pics shortly. Thanks for the feedback. Edgematic, I said silver themes, but the rep I meant was based off of this watch: http://www.audemarspiguet.com/colle...ograph-45/royal-oak-offshore-chronograph-127/

looks like they're giving you the safari (not the white themes) with a date window more to the left, this dial is not that accurate, the date window is more accurate.

On second glance, you seem to be absolutely correct. Need to rectify this. Thank you :)

wow Paul,

thats a huge collection from the go. Are you going to service these watches ?
I hope you know that they run a sec@12 asia mechanism.
you should check out the beginners guide...Very Helpful.

Bigshooter -- Thanks. I have checked out the beg. guide on a cursory level. Need to go back in read more in depth. I was actually going to ask, once I received the watches, what modifications were worthwhile/necessary to perform.

Edgematic -- Assuming that the white faced AP is a Safari with a SS band instead of the brown leather, would that change your view of the accuracy? I know this is a difficult question to answer without better photos. (feel free to respond once I receive new photos).

Thanks for all of your help guys!

Paul,

The safari usually is on a hornback aligator band. You sometimes but rarely see people put stainless bands on their Safari but it happense non the less.
If it is the v3 safari which it seems to be I bieleve that it is quite accurate... the only thing missing would be the silver border on the numbers.

This is not a newer safari version, the dial is to white, numbers to small, no silver borders (all safari's have this problem). It Seems it has a thinner tachyring. Anyhow, a safari on ss band is not incorrect, but it looks nicer on a brown hornback. Although I'd not recommend the rep hornback. Get one from APbands.

Oh, if you buy all of these, be sure to ask a discount. Who is your dealer?

Seems to be good for me

But be carefull to not receive these babies in only one package...really too risky IMHO...

Congrats for this new great collection

WOW! great start! btw, just one minor issue which is a major  moment

the 240 marking on the ROO tour auto tachymeter is meant to be fitted inversely.

Audace - Thank you. This seems like a common flaw on all the tour autos. Is that correct, or has this been updated?

@Yannou - I made sure to have the items shipped in 3 shipments to minimize the risk.

It is indeed a common flaw on all tour auto's and driver boutique editions;

The AP's look good :). Not that convinced about the Safari you got offered, but that's personal taste.
