Hi all,

Quick question...

I've always liked the PAM 249, so I finally ordered one from a TD this week.

The QC pic shows hands that are gold? But definitely not blue hands like in the website pic. Also the the QC pic shows L SWISS L and not L SWISS MADE L like on the web pic.

Are there any other glaring differences?

I know a rep is a rep - I'm not looking for absolute perfection but I would like it to be close to a real model PAM as possible.

I have attached both pics.

I can always choose a different watch or walk away, however I don't want to own a fantasy watch!

Is the non PAM 249 QC pic close enough to another Cali Dial PAM?

Thanks Guys

That looks like a rep of the 376 not the 249. Hands are gold in that version.

Thanks for that! I actually like the rep strap On this 376 - I think I'll put it on my Fiddy.

The strap that goes with the naked PAM 376 is a chocolate brown gator, which I will try to find (see attached pic of gen 376 with strap)

Any ideas where to get a strap like this?

Anyone know what the lug width is for a 47mm Radiomir (I think 26mm)?? Or what I really need to know is what strap width is correct for the lugs?

They use a 27mm strap, you could prolly have one of our strap makers custom make one for you. If money isn't a problem try an AD for a strap, they may be able to order you one.

249 has blue hands. Either way, that watch looks pretty good.

My 376 arrived today and to my pleasant Surprise, the dial is brown. Very happy.

It's a manual wind, so I am finding the crown tube thread a little rough when I screw crown back in after winding.

Any hints? Some kind of lube? Or just continued (but careful not to cross-thread) used will smooth out the threads?

TIA
Marco
