In this case need second opinion on alligment between 12 and 6 (in this case misalligmnet), looking at it I can't resist to think 12 is pushed to the left or 6 to the right, or is it suppose to look like that? Other then that I think it looks fine.

You really need to work on your observational skills. The whole watch is rotated counterclockwise.
