The pearl is not dead centered but it's definitely acceptable, and surely not a big enough issue to reject the watch.

Yeah, the pearl is off center, but that wouldn't bug me. It's personal preference. If I saw this in a For Sale thread at full price, I'd buy it.

I honestly can't tell if it's happy feet or not, since the picture is a bit fuzzy. The description from the link you gave specifically says no happy feet, so I'd guess it's good.

I believe this is a changeable bezel insert, isn't it? If the pearl bugs you that much, I'd guess you can pop out the whole bezel easily and pop in a new one. I see them for $22 on amazon, but you can probably get a good deal on this board somewhere for a gen one.
