QC help first purchase

Greetings to all Graheme from downunder here and after joining a week ago am making my first purchase via TD from the trusted page. I hope I am.in the right place to ask?
Ok so received QC pics I noted some marks on the dial circlrd then and sent back, just received 2nd set of pics and may be I am being too over the top so I'm asking for help

First pics of dial and I see spots
I then Circled in blue and sent back to TD
Red circle are pics returned for QC and I still see a mark / stain ..Am I Being too over top in my evaluation I'm spending over $500 aussie, it could be the camera ? I'm not sure so maybe your help will be appreciated

I think those are just shadows of dirt on the crystal. Ask them to clean the crystal with a microfiber cloth and take another photo. I bet those shadows will be gone...

There's no real reason for such marks to be actually on the dial.

PS: By dirt I mean those kind of smudges (from fat or sugar caused by handling the watch w/out jeweler gloves, for example) that are not necessarily directly visible from a certain angle but will drop a shadow on the dial.

PS II: You can also, if you compare the photos, see that the distinctive shapes of the supposed marks are wandering (moving) across the dial. Now those would be really remarkable marks if they had the ability to change positions.

Definitely evidence that the marks are just shadows, IMO.
