Maybe is just the dust.. Who knows...

I have bought more than 10 watches from Tony and never sent me any scratched watch or with issues...
He's not the best taking photos I must say..

So you better ask him for better pics so you will confirm if the case is really scratched or is just the bad pic.

I think it is dust or dirtiness
But ask the dealer for other pics after cleaning it
