Hi Fam,

I am a relatively newbie here that triggered an order after weeks of lurking. I wanted to surprise my wife with a watch (she knows I am looking at reps and she is fine with it even though she has a few gens).

First of all, thanks for taking time reading this post. I got the Cartier Ballon idea from the superrep and nwbig list I read about a few weeks back. From there I proceeded with the rest of the research.

I am glad that the TD sent QC pics after a few days of payment confirmation. TD has been very responsive all throughout the transaction. He maybe my goto guy for subsequent watches.

I tried QCng the pics but my knowledge and eyes are very in-experienced in QCng reps. I looked at a few websites on what to check i.e. Spelling of Cartier back and front, screws on the straps and back cover, serial number, small "swiss made" side under the IV, the dial, and the generic front and back image. Everything passed by my in-experienced standards. lol

If anyone can do additional QC on these pics, I'll be very thankful. Please see pics below for reference and do let me know if I can green light the item.

Oh nice! I did not know there is a Supporter option out there. Any link I can read about what you get if you become a supporter? I'll look it up separately as well. Thank you

you just have to send a message to trailboss99 and if you look around the chatbox, there is usually a thing that says, "become a patron or supporter" or something to that effect, just click on it!! It will tell you some of the many benefits of becoming a Supporter!!

Hi Pea - I was in touch with Ryan (Intime) TD but you can really order from any TD on this forum. The important thing is you have the right model/version and factory. Good luck
