I have had a week of back and forward being requested to send a bankstatement for my purchase, i have sent the statement several times and i have been ignored.. i find that to be really freakin annoying, any help out there? Should i just recharge my visa and let the unreliable people who wont send me QC pics loose this sale? i cant belive they are "trusted dealers" i sure as he*l dont trust them anymore..

Perhaps instead of a half rant post, you can more clearly tell us what the issue is and the timeline leading up to now. Remember there's always the help tickets to get a mod involved if there is a true issue.

How did you pay? What did you order? If they are not actually responding and acknowledging, perhaps open a help desk ticket to see if a mod can help clarify what is going on?

Stop being an impatient whining baby, this ain't amazon! Puretime is 100% trusted and absoulty great people. You just think you deserve amazon like service when buying replicas from overseas? I have bought more watches than i can count from puretime and got them without being a little impatient kid.

Remember, a week isn't too long and they are overseas. So you'll need to factor in a day for each response. Yes, they may be asking for the same information but remember these transactions take time. Listen to all of us and work with them, patiently. Some of my purchases took 3 weeks as the payment was finally resolve.

So be patient and work with them.

I undestand your frustation. I am in the same boat but with Toro. Ordered and did the bank transfert one week ago, he still didn't received the payment. As he's TD here, I am trying to not freak out.

With such types of goods, we can expect an amazon like ordering process!

Don't forget the recent police raids.
I'm sure that has affected the daily business somewhat.
I know stock has been slower for some, maybe picking up the WU payments are risky right now too.
I'd give it a few weeks. I know that sounds like a lot but I ordered a cheapie watch from a non-TD before coming here and it took nearly 2 months to get.
I honestly had given up on ever seeing it then one day it was FINALLY on the way.
Took another 2 weeks after that because of passing customs.
But, all said and done, I got what I bought. Just took a while.
Not saying yours will take as long but I'm saying it's possible to wait for that long and still get a great watch.
