After months of back and forth (things on their site that they charged me for and I paid were then unavailable), I chose this watch because it was available. First QC was bad and they got another one. That one wasn't much better (the dial) but this dealer will send you the watch if you don't reply to QC quickly. Anyway, we finally changed the strap and went to wear the watch and the time is impossible to read! The hour hand is off by a half-hour no matter what time it is. So in this photo, it is presumably 6 pm (and it's ahead) or maybe it's 7 pm (and it's behind). We'll see how they respond. Based on my past experience, I'm not optimistic.

Wasn't this visible in QC already?
I think they were too slow on the QC. @justamom , it's obviously 6 o'clock 30.... Just need to have the hands reseated in the correct position. Ask the dealer if they have a watchsmith to address it or reach out to a forum watchsmith.

They told me to mail it back to China. That will be $50 and who knows how long and if I will even get it back. Lost cause? I will see if I can find someone locally though I’m sort of inclined to just buy one from another TD and give this to my college age kid!

That's an easy fix for any watchsmith.

Mailing anything to China is actually quite risky, the customs will most likely seize it.

I am sorry for this mistake. Please try if you can find a watchsmith to fix it. It should be very easy to correct this. Please PM me back if you can find out the costs, thank you.

This is an easy fix - any watchmaker who is prepared to work on a Rep will be able to do this for you. I'm not soliciting but I would charge about £30.
