Just about to purchase a couple of new Pams and thought I will go with one of these trusted dealers,

Any thoughts on which one is better? My 2 main criteria are quality and communication Thanks in advance.

Puretime has a 5% discount deal on right now and gives a regular 10% discount on WU purchases.

Puretime's 10% WU discount makes it a better choice price wise. As we all know they all carry *almost* the same product.

on RWG i've seen some bad reviews from puretime lately, do the members here feel the same way. Its usually complaints about bad customer service?

sometimes Angus do really get lots of mails and he does miss out on some. but hey, he's human. give him some time and reminders, he will definitely give you a reply. just have to be patient. like ddc said, puretime offers a regular 10% discount when u make a payment via Western Union or Bank Transfer which i have personally use to make purchase from him. i've definitely save lots of $$$ on that.

For what it's worth, I have emailed Angus at puretime 5 times and still have not received ANY reply. This has been over a months time. BKLM recommended to me Puretime and to email Angus and I just can not get an answer so I bought from another Trusted Dealer here. Hope this helps.

Chances are your emails are being caught as spam or something then, I've been in touch with Angus over the past month with no problem. You really wont go far wrong with him.

I hope that is what is wrong. I have heard nothing but good things about Angus and Puretime. I wonder how i can get an email thru? I will keep trying because i have more reps I want to buy.

+1 for Angus and the team at Puretime.

I had difficulty getting a reply from Angus a few months back when I was new to the rep world but persistence really paid off.

It can feel like it at the time but he's def not ignoring anyone, he just gets hundreds of mails from all around the world and different time zones and as someones already pointed out - he's only human so some get missed.

If you manage to catch him whilst he's online (say like when one of his mails have just hit your inbox) then he'll happily engage in an email conversation.

He seems to have a good relationship with the H fac guys too and always has top quality reps.

Not dealt with Angus but Lay has been excellent for me in the past. I think you have to be realistic in terms of some odd poor feedback on any TD from users of RWI - some of us probably have mild OCD

No.... OCD? Really? But the ad said that the watch was 1:1, and the date wheel window is off by 1 micron... I want my money back, now... ;)

Been dealing with Angus on quite a few occasions and always got very good experience with him. Also good experience with Lay. You should be fine with both as well as with most other trusted dealers on here.

Hi all! I've dealt with Angus (Puretime) and he gives an excellent service! Once I got a damaged deplouyant buckle for a PAM288k and he immediately shipped a replacement...thats how reliable Angus is...right now my wife's Cartier has got a missing piece (apparently the factory didn't screw it well enough) and he is looking to get me the piece...A PIECE form the factories!!! ANGUS AL THE WAY!!!
