I'm getting slightly worried. I paid my invoice nearly 2 weeks ago, I've now sent several emails asking for an update and so far I've not had a reply, is this normal at Puretime?
I've done that several times and again this morning. I've sent it to Puretime sales, customer service and quality.To double check what email/website did you use? And the order number you recieved?

I've copied the email that indicates that they have received my payment, which was sent on the 30th of December and I've not had one more email from Puretime about the order or any delivery.
