Puretime order???

I'm getting slightly worried. I paid my invoice nearly 2 weeks ago, I've now sent several emails asking for an update and so far I've not had a reply, is this normal at Puretime?

I've done that several times and again this morning. I've sent it to Puretime sales, customer service and quality.
I've copied the email that indicates that they have received my payment, which was sent on the 30th of December and I've not had one more email from Puretime about the order or any delivery.

Although, I noticed, you put this in the non TD section. Moderatos should probably merge it with the thread you made in puretime section. Either way just be patient. Not the best of things but Christmas - Lunar New Year is the busiest time of the year in China, think thanksgiving/easter/christmas rolled into one.

In my brief experience with TD, it's not unusual. Especially as @Reaps said, during Christmas - Chinese Holidays. I am also waiting for news about an order from another TD, for now I am not worried about. If you purchased on the link provided inside the TD section, be sure you will receive your watch.

I also have had no reply to sales emails this year, very strange, Angus can you check as usually there is a fast response to inquiries for watches from Marie or Jennifer.
