Puretime only not accept transwise anymore

hello, I haven't played any new orders with puretime for while. I ordered a few from them couple years back, always paid via transwise Just place an order few days ago, and receive an email saying that they are not accept payment through transwise anymore. Is it normal at all or should I be worried?

I hope you ordered from here and did not google puretime. @puretime unfortunately is a favourite for scam sites. There is only one real puretime all the rest on Google are scammers most are not even based in China.
