Please tell me this is normal, that rep sellers tend to be slow and unreliable at communicating if there is an issue.

I ordered a rep watch from Puretime, and the tracking page says it is being returned (from NJ Post Office) to the sender because the address written on it made it undeliverable. I contacted Puretime two days ago, but other than an immediate automated e-mail two days ago saying they would get back to me in about a day, I have heard nothing.

This is only my second rep purchase (1st was a year ago with Theonewatches -- went very well) because I'm nervous about getting ripped off. Mis-addressed packages do happen, but the absence of a response from the seller has me anxious.

Are they really trusted?

I can partly understand your concerns and anxieties, but like many similar communities, this community, which sincerely shares and supports each other, has various rules. It's not really my place to say this here, but on the one hand, while I can understand you, on the other hand, I wanted to write suggesting that it would be in your interest to revisit the rules of this community first, to avoid unnecessary additional tensions.

I don't know how to PM and can't find instructions on RWI for doing it. It's been 7 days since I e-mailed Puretime, and still no response. I hope I'm wrong and they come through, but it's looking like this will indeed my last time trying to buy from puretime. Looks also like maybe I was correct to be nervous about being ripped off.

Which website did you purchase from? You can also PM them by clicking the little envelope icon next to their profile name

I read the rules at some point when I first registered, but now I can't find them. Where are they?

If you don't have the ability to let us know what site you ordered from, how is anyone supposed to help you ? Your opinion of PT means nothing since you can't even comprehend who you were communicating with.

Yes, this is a chinese seller selling illegal stuff.
You are not buying stuff from Amazon.

So yes, it'll be inconsistent an unreliable.

HOWEVER a trusted dealer is a trusted dealer so they are consequences if they mess up, thus they'll do everything they can to do things the right way. Because this forum is probably the best and safest place to buy your stuff from.

Well, have some education, then you will realize how many instructions you can find on RWi, unless you can't simply click on the right place to send a message, in that case, education still matters.

Are you attempting to flame me? I thought this was a non-judgmental and supportive environment. FWIW, I have two Masters degrees.
With 2 master degrees and you still don't know how to make a proper complaint and ask a question without accusation, which school you were in if I may ask? Must tell my kids to avoid.

The failure to deliver because of an undeliverable address is a familiar reason given when an order has been placed with a copycat website. I’m not trying to be alarmist but did you find the Puretime website using a search engine or did you copy the URL from the Trusted Dealer section here?
If it is the former, you may be in trouble.
