I have sent Puretime 3 emails to [email protected] so far and not received any single reply.

Its confusing as it is a large order potentially

I just placed an order and they got back with me pretty quick. Took an about a day. There is a notice on their website asking for patience due to CNY.

Yeah, wrong time of year. Must be new to this hobby, but things will be out of wack until the beginning of March in my experience. Always buy your reps March - Nov if you're buying from TD.
