PureTime No email received after deposit

I received a payment email on March 14th, so I paid with wise. I immediately noticed that the money had been sent, and I sent an email to puretime, but there was no reply. What should I do?

This is rep business, not Amazon Prime where you get your confirmation email within a few minutes.
