I ordered the DSSD V3 Asian 21J from T4D on 2/7 and watch was shipped on 2/10.
Yeah…. I was so excited my first rep after months of research and looking for a trusted dealer.
I picked up the watch on 2/17 before heading into the office. When I got in my car I opened the package and looked at the watch still in the plastic and saw a black smug (Ink) just under the words “Gas Valveâ€. (Damn). Raced back to the office and sent Robert a PM that I needed to return the watch. Robert responded back with a return address.
Robert agreed to accept the watch back for a full refund.
I paid the fees for shipping the watch back and realized that he was kind enough to accept the return and refund the money. I wonder how many dealers would do that!
On 2/18 I shipped the watch back and asked Robert if he has the DSSD 2836 ETA 2880 movement and he said yes. I asked if I could pay the difference and if he would ship this one out.
On 2/23 Robert responded back with “Yes just place the order†he only asked for the difference in price between the DSSD 21j and Asian ETA 2836. Robert never once asked me to pay for express shipping and coverd the cost himself.
Payment was sent on 2/23.
On 2/24 Robert responded that the watch would be shipped that evening and I would receive the tracking information later. Tracking number was sent a few days later.
I’ve been checking and the watch in now in the US. I should be receiving any day now and will post pic’s as soon as I get it.
3/4 Wife called and told me that my watch came in today. Man-couldnt wait to get home.
The watch looks great. So happy I went with the Asian 2836 movement.
