Been a week since payment, Revolut said it was received by Steve / his payment processor one day after payment. Steve just says he will get back to me. Payment went to the same address as the deposit, which he quickly received, so I can rule out any errors on my side.
Anyone has made a similar experience and knows what to do?

Payment issue was cleared up, it arrived, but they didn't find it at first due to fees charged by their bank. Now waiting for shipment.
