Just went to check the time and the movement has stopped. Wasn't ticking this morning so wound it on as usual, didn't think to check it was ticking when screwed the crown back in but now its still at the same time I set. Only had it about 6 weeks.... Pants!

Will have to wait till I get home from work to open it up and take a look but my knowledge to fix only goes as far as checking for loose items and blowing on it.

Its Swiss ETA 2838-2 Automatic movement

With wanting the cal 8500 ceramic model had to go swiss with them not being available in Asian movement.

Be sure to check that the seconds hand isnt hitting the crystal and therefore stopping the movement, had this issue from time to time on my UPO.

To check this you will probably need to open it anyway since u cant always shake it loose from the stucked position
