1st time buyer and I went with Truetime / Lucy. She was very communicative and patient with me through the process - from 1st contact Nov 6th leading to placing an order Dec 18th for two watches (VSF 11610 LN and IWC Le Petite Prince). In between she was very helpful in guiding me on what was available, what factories were better than others, what I should avoid, etc. which led me to have confidence in ordering from her. From reading the threads in here I know I need to be patient with Lucy as she is very busy and also diligent on quality, making sure her customers get the best quality possible. So I will anxiously await hearing from Lucy on QC pics to GL the watches and ultimately receiving the watches after they are shipped.
