This is NOT my first rep, but I am really confused how to size the bracelet on the Blackbird, I took ALL the screws out on one side of the bracelet, but the links WILL NOT come off.
Is this a normal problem, am I missing something or do I have a defective bracelet?

I still cannot get the links off, but I found another problem, and I am beginning to think its a defective bracelet, 2 of the screws will not come out, they are either stripped or stuck some how.
I also noticed glue holding the screws in, when i take the screws out, there is dried glue in there. I am going to try to oil it up with some penetrating oil, dry it off then try to get the links out again.

If it works and the bracelet is resized, don't forget to locktite the crews. So you will not lose any.

I should of clarified myself, I own a half dozen Breitling reps, I know "HOW" to resize the bracelet, I just thought because I cannot get any links out of my blackbird bracelet there might be a seceret way to do so, but I am basically stuck right now, because I have the screws out, I oiled the bracelet with penetrating oil, and I still cannot get the links out. If I try any harder, I will more than likely break the bracelet.

Pm the dealer, tell him what is happening and if the dealer is oke he will end you a new bracelet.

Hmmm. There is either some kind of oxidation or they used some kind of gods knows what adhesive (yes I have seen that). Well I'll tell you what I have done. I have placed the bracelet in a vise and used pliers. You should wrap the pliers to prevent marring. And you have to pull straight. Try it at your own risk.

Had heat to the above instructions and it will go a little easier. Heat will make most glues tacky again.

Well I took it to a bench vise, and used pliers and a screw driver and pried the links off, problem is I bent the tubes, I got it back together and it fits me, I just have a bunch of bent tubes, marred links and I stripped one screw. I emailed the dealer (joshua), I am pretty confident he will send me a new bracelet.

Thanks guys!!
