Anybody heard from PRODO WATCH or dealt with them? They are advertising heavily ondina and show a CONUS address.

Umm, are you incapable of using Google? Typing in their name throws nothing but red flags and complaints, even from reddit. Look and read the website. It's got just about every red flag possible.
