Problem with trusty

I ordered a watch box from Trusty , it's been over 2 months and still haven't received anything.

The status of my order has not advanced for more than 20 days, Trusty tells me it is normal but I have doubts.

I am having issues with him too… He is saying that all Clean Factory watches are delayed and my watch has been delayed for 4 months because of raids. Is this true for anyone else? He hasnt shipped mine yet.

Similar situation here with a shipment and repair coming back to the USA. The repair has been stuck on 021-11-22 18:24

Port of destination - Arrival) been there for the last two days. I've ordered 3-4 other watches from Trusty dating back to the height of COVID and entire turnaround time from date ordered to product received was about 4 weeks TOTAL time; so this is VERY concerning since from the very first order I got accustomed to a 4 week turnaround and that service level continued to the 2nd/3rd order even during the lockdowns in the states. The repair watch I mailed out back at the beginning of Oct so it's spent more time abroad than in my actual possession lol. At this point I'm hoping to have goods received in time for Christmas..... my kid brother's gift is in that shipment...

I had ordered a box and a pen but I will not receive it before Christmas.

Did you ever get your package? My situation with a repair NTTD Omega has certainly taken some very bad turns lol. Getting ready to chalk it up as a loss.
