Problem with PAM 388 KW

Hello, I just received my new PAM 388 KW. Watch has a nice look and feel.
The only issue is, that the date jumps not at 12 but at 9:30.
Do you have any advice what to do? send it back? send it to service? live with it?

Just out of curiosity..... Local watchsmith is sure able to handle the glued plates on this???? Not likely....

Is that an easy fix? Or should I send it back to the TD? How common is this issue?

That should be an easy job for a watchsmith. He only has to remove the hands and install them in the correct position. The movement is not damaged or broken.

Should not be a problem. I think they can remove and replace those back to their positions.

No need of remove movement plates
It is just a matter of adjustment of hands position form 9,30 to 12 o'clock.
