Problem with Noob V11 dial

I got this Pam 111 about 2 weeks ago and noticed something with the dial. I’ve been in contact with PureTime to see if they will replace the dial and they say they cannot see a problem with it. Does anyone else see a problem with this dial? It’s not the streak of whatever on the crystal

Thank you

Don't see anything. Probably a clearer pic or you can mark out the area would help

It’s not a reflection on the crystal? If it’s not reflection take a closer look at crystal at an angle.

Do you mean the way it looks like the part of the 2 the arrow is pointing to is not touching the lume? It’s not a reflection, I’ve looked at it with my microscope and no, the pointed part of the 2 is not sitting on the lume, it is raised, and i do see it now, just looking at the time, now that I know it’s there. Thanks for looking

I don't see any problems. is the feature of the dial it is two parts. the first layer where the lumen is deposited. the second layer where are the holes that form the numbers. So the depth is three-dimensional.

Yea, I know it’s a sandwich dial, but the top part of the dial is supposed to be glued to the base plate, not lifted off the lume, anywhere.

Looks like the triangle section of the 2 cut-out might be slightly bent upwards, solution... bend it down.

there is no glue in that area. It's ok for me. if you think there is a problem, try to put a better photo even from different angles. i can't see the problem.
