After viewing and approving the pictures of a PPF 5712 v3, I received my watch yesterday. While the box looked a bit banged up, it seemed to be packaged OK surrounded by bubble wrap. However, when I removed the watch and attempted to set it, I was unable to wind it at all. I can pull the crown out to set the time and the other functions seem to work but the crown won’t screw down very far. I have been in contact with Chazingtime, attempting to find out what, if anything, they recommend to resolve the problem but I haven’t heard anything yet. (The watch, itself, looks gorgeous and I really like the new bracelet clasp that even has a micro adjustment feature).
Just wondering what service/repair facilities anyone could recommend in case I don’t get a satisfactory response from CT. US-based would be preferred.
