Problem with my order from Trustytime - I am the problem.

Hi. I have placed an order of two watches since 28/04/2021 and I haven’t received anything. Although Andrew is responding to all of my email he tells me that my watch from JF is not in stock. I m dissatisfied because I believe he should have informed me before I order that are not in stock. Does anyone has same problems?

No because you should have contacted him first to see if a watch is avaliable with the current situation with factories. They cannot update their sites daily by contacting all factories on what watch they can do, and update their sites. Because some factories can do one model but not another. Also check your spam filter I get some email sent there and some dont. If your watch isnt avaliable see if he has other model. I had to change my AP from one Factory to Another to another model and version of that factory. Also make sure its the right trusty site there is fakes of that too. But we are in a hard time and patience is the key. You can also contact him from here, but I think he prefers email.

I always contact andrew first for the availability, then pace an order. Last order with ZF and GRF was on 8.May, came QCs in just 3-4 days, but this time ordered on 2.June, it is already 7 days but still no QCs yet, keep calm on Trusty...
JF has serious problems currently so must be your bad luck ????‍????

The other problem I m facing with him is that he send me three times wrong QC pictures of other order that it wasn’t t mine. I have order an extra strap for the AP. I asked him if he will sent it with my order the extra strap. and he answered me:. For which model? Come on! Look my order that I have placed.Or take a look of the thread of our 34 email we have changed. I don’t know what is wrong with him. I suppose he has a lot of work and he doesn’t give the appropriate interest. The only good thing is that he always answers in my emails. But he gives general answers and no sth specific.I repeat I have placed order since 28/4!!! And I m very tired.
I ll keep update you guys when I ll have specific answers. But for the time I will not recommend him

So why not just source the watch with another dealer?
if that other dealer says “yeah sure we can get that for you no problem”, then just get a refund from trusty and take your business elsewhere...

Why does he refuse to return the money? When I asked him to get a refund because of the delays it was fine with him.

Finally after 60 emails that we have changed they will send me (last email from them was 25/7). Of course the extra strap I have ordered and paid for ( the order was 2 watches and an extra strap) won’t be on the order because they asked me extra 10 business days although I have made my order since 2 months!! Anyway I was so tired finally I told them to send the order without extra strap. Anyway I ll be waiting.
