Problem with my Omega Ploprof Bezel lock

I hope someone here can help me, there's a problem with my ploprof v2 bezel. The bezel lock is working, and there's a click sound when i press the button. However, when i turn the bezel to certain point, i press the orange button/pusher, there will be no clicking sound. When i turn the bezel back to the original position, the click sound come back when i press the button. There are also some unusual loud sound ( tak tak tak ) at certain bezel turning points, is there any solution to this issues ? This is a brand new watch i bought last month, still waiting for my new clasp to be shipped to Singapore, i don't think i want to ship this watch back to China, shipping cost is not cheap.
