Looking for Help: Problem with my first PAM (363) from TD

Hi guys,

I'm having an issue with the PAM 363 I just received from InTime. It looks like the blue hand on the right chrono dial is loose? I'm sorry for my newb description but whenever the watch moves this hand moves with it even without the chrono started. It just moves with regular wrist movement. I've included pics of the watch turned as well as a video of this issue.

As this is my first time dealing with a TD I'm not sure with to do when the watch arrived in this condition and they're not responding. I only got 1 reply which said: All A7753 movement have this problem. You can check some information from RWI or RG. I refuse to accept that it's ok for a TD to give that type of response and then go MIA on a brand new purchased watch.

They ignored my video and all emails after that. I'm not even sure if this is a movement issue. Seems like the hand is just loose. In this case scenario with a TD like InTime, what is the best course of action?

Unfortunately rep movement A7753 has this issue. It is almost impossible to get one without this poroblem, A7753 counter minute hand always has some movement

We call it: "Wobbly minute hand"
You can consult some threads about this matter in all forums

Cannot be fixed

Sorry

Coming from you, that's pretty much all I needed to hear. I went through your PAM guide but only found it after the fact. I'm still I still need to reread over and over again.

At this point is the TD obliged to take the watch back if I pay for the shipping to get it back to them? I got it less than a week ago, and notified the TD 2 days after receiving it (I received an AP that I wore the first day and didn't get to this til the 2nd day).

Thanks for your kind words.

Since this is an issue well known enough inherent to A7753, dealer would not be obligated for a return
Anyway try to negotiate with him. Maybe buying two watches after the change instead of only one. You have nothing to lose

Good luck

Unfortunately as ALE has mentioned, Ryan has no obligations to you to take back the watch with a documented movement flaw. But ask him anyway (and do it nicely, nothing breaks down discussions like "You should do this" or "I demand you do xxxx" statements). Good luck.
