I ordered a Rolex VSF Date Just for my wife through Hont, this will be around my 5th purchase from him, unfortunatley he has labelled the package incorrectly and the parcel is stuck in the Royal Mail system (UK) without moving since 6th August, I have told Hont and he asked me to contact them which I did but they cannot change label or address details and say it will be returned to sending, I have told Hont this and he is just ignoring me, do I have any come back with him?
