Press-fitting Bezel Pip/Pearl

Looking for advice on the best way to press-fit a pearl/pip on ceramic submariner bezel w/out cracking sapphire on pearl or damaging insert

I don't know much about the ceramic insert submariners, but I believe the pearl is epoxied on and not pressed in.

It’s epoxied from the back of the insert to hold it in but it’s press-fit/friction-fit from the front.
