Hi and welcome to RWI! Glad you found your way here.
He's not only not approved, but him saying it tells you to stay away from him. You should keep off any Instagram, Facebook or other social network's dealers, if you're lucky they're just way overpriced, if not they're scammers. @p0pperini linked you the TD s, start with them.
Please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members area (all subsections), learn the basic forum rules and get some very good advice in the process. A number of questions has already been answered there, this is just an example:

Most of the information you need to know to start is there. If you're preparing to buy, read the stickies before ordering. When you're finished, you can continue learning by reading the stickies in all remaining sections. If it's stickied, it's important information.
If you intend to sell, read the sales rules and all stickies in the sales section with particular care and make sure you understand each single rule. Sales rules infraction is taken very seriously here. As a new member you are not eligible to sell. Using the sales section is a privilege, eligibility must be earned, make sure you know and understand how.
For anything else, feel free to reach out to @eBoy or me, we're happy to assist, advise, direct, explain. Don't hesitate.
Don't be afraid to post noob questions in the new members area. In doubt, use the flame free zone. If you feel uncomfortable anywhere in the new members area, please reach out to @eBoy or me. Mutual respect is of utmost importance to us. On the other hand, we're grown-ups and are supposed to be able to deal with a bit of irony, don't take it personally, ever, a bit of irony never harmed anyone. If you laugh at jokes, you'll make friends faster.
This forum is a treasure trove of information and benefits from the engagement of all members who take their time to share their knowledge, help each other out and have some fun. We hope that you'll benefit and enjoy this platform as well as contribute positively to it.
If at any point you feel to contribute also on another level, feel free to pm the boss (trailboss99) to become a supporter and get some little perks with the status (editing rights, for example).

I ended up meeting up with the guy in Sydney, Aus last July. I ended up buying a VSF AT at a reasonable price, its kept perfect time and the quality appears bang on. Got some other photos of the caseback etc for anyone interested in Aus.
Do not peddle NON-authorized dealers her on RWI. You are welcome to deal with them, but keep that to yourself.
If the guy starts with a lie, at one point in time he will screw you or someone else over

Yes i'm sure, thats why I met him in person. i've actually been screwed over by one of the 'Trusted Dealers' on this site.
At least elaborate with some kind of proof if you are making an accusation like that.

Personally I don't give a fuck, but you should at least prove an allegation like that for the benefit of RWI staff and other members so they can make informed decisions about the mystery TD, otherwise you are just tainting the TD's as a whole with unsubstantiated nonsense.
... Oh please, do tell us all about your horrendous experience with a trusted dealer. As of right now you look like you're just shilling for some random IG seller . Please don't spare us any details and if you can post some redacted screenshots to back up what you're saying that would be most appreciated and make your story believable. As of right now I believe you're 100% full of shit.... I'm willing to withdraw that thought and apologize if you can prove me wrong.

@mww299 if a TD here has genuinely screwed you over, for example, you didn't get a watch you received, they bait and switched you, or whatever the case is, the community and moderators will ensure you're made right.
If you're in the right here, there is absolutely no reason to keep it a secret - if you were screwed over, then you will be made whole.
But.... like most of these cases of TDs "screwing" people over, I find that it's often exaggerated or many details are missing. Or a huge misunderstanding of how replica game actually works.
And no offense and not to judge you. But when I see this :
