PPF 5712 v2

Hello everyone!

I ordered a patek 5712 PPF v2 from Steve the 05/01/2024 with deposit paid of 50$.

First QC received today 07/01/2024, but the 2 o'clock is crooked at the top so I had RL.

Waiting for another QC. I also asked for a video shaking the watch to ensure there is no wobbly hands that makes the seconds move.

look closely the top of the 2 is deformed. Steve did not want to provide a second QC, sent the same emails over and over. I am trying to get my deposit back....

not really, also from the videos it is clearly visible. For 680 $ I cannot accept such defect. Trying to get my money back cos Steve refuses to do another QC....

UPDATE: Steve has sent the same emails over and over stating that he will send more pics about the 2. He says it is the light reflection. I posted on reddit too, everyone agrees there is a flaw also at the 6 which is tilted to the right and crooked. I am trying to get my deposit back now....this did not turn to be great....there is no chance you will get anything back if something goes wrong, their attitude is really not of a TD.....

Do you have any advice on how to get the money back? It's 50 $ but seems like Steve is replying very slow now and instead of agreeing the refund he offers other watches and writes the same thing again. How do I get my money back?

I have had multiple watches that from certain angles and lighting look defective but turned out to be reflections. I would be curious to see the other QC pics and video if you would like to share please.

So be patient and let him send them to you

Honestly I would not RL if it wasn’t obvious. Why would I waste my time and his time?? Also I simply asked for another try.. but nothing… I have attached the folder you can check, let me know..

UPDATE: refund received when i provided a paypal. Not sure why Steve behaved this way, he could have simply sent another QC and got the sale, strange behaviour. Glad i got the money back

Still I got it because I asked a friend for a paypal to get the refund. Steve took the payment via bank Transfer/Revolut but didn’t want to refund the same way…

Yes, I have received a refund from Steve in the past (Minus the bank fees) You can request him for the same if thats your preference.

Bro, I'm sorry that your order was not successfully completed, I hope that next time you can be satisfied, QC is not satisfied with the proposed refund, we will follow the friends of their own ideas, QC and other kinds of order problems we are dealt with by e-mail, sometimes too much mail will lead to slow response, I hope you can understand, as for refunds, it's not that we don't want to use via bank Transfer/Revolut for refunds, just out of convenience, we give priority to the use of Paypal to complete the refunds
