PPF 5712 V2 Leather Strap Version

ppf finally made the leather strap version of 5712, with a240 super clone movement, looking forward to the silver-gray dial version

Just to add that the endlink connecting the strap and clasp are the Taobao versions.

It seems they updated the endlink to have the protruding strap that inserts into the strap to keep it in place, but it is still flatter than gen.

Clasp I also got and is good.

Yes, but I believe that was the V1 version.

I still don't understand why PPF messed up the center-pins on the power reserve & moon-phase dials for the V2!?
I see the same problem on this one as well. Center-pins on the V1 were much better and more gen like.

Both SS and RG with correct movement
I ordered the SS but I have the RG with non functional power reserve question do I get the RG as well?

Received mine over all nice build does not have that punch on your wrist like the RG but over all lovely the strap is bad cat leather so stiff you cannot put it on luckily I ordered a croc strap which should come in a few days

Hi guys, just a quick question to see if I understood right. So ppf had a V1 that is with miyota, after that they made a V2 which is with the clone movement and now there is a V3 right? Does the V3 come with the ss bracelet as well or it is just with the strap? Alsois the movement better in this V3 because I have read that v2 had quiet a few problems with the new clone movement and that is why I still haven’t pulled the trigger on one of these… I love wearing my watches daily and I don’t baby them(gen or rep) so after reading throughout the big thread about the V2 5712 I decided to wait a bit more, because the members were saying that also if there is a problem with the movement you can’t find spare parts or buy a new clone movement

Ask your dealer both metal and leather strap versions come with the clone I have several and can concur

The ppf maker only has V2 with superclone movement, and you can buy the bracelet + leather strap both.
