It is supposed to be a 5811: caseback engravings, updated clasp, date frame.
It is advertised as 5711 by Puretime.
The dimensions mentioned includes 40mm case. It could be that Puretime made an error with the listing.
As a 5811 rep, the dial looks exactly the same as 5711 rep from PPF, which completely misses the update of the color of the dial that came with 5811, which is much more blue than greenish gray.
Has a long way to go in my opinion.

Dial color looks darker and better than the 3KF 5811 but still very off from gen. Too gray, not enough deep sapphire blue.

I think it doesn't't look that bad.
Crown guard are better, bezel also looks better than previews generation and miles away better than 3KF from the pictures, Then of course it is not a 5711 dial but who cares the dial will be swapped anyway ...

Likely, but I would confirm the actual size of the case with your TD and also confirm if the Buff dial will fit with this one with Buff themselves.
