5h is a bit short. Seems like it may need a service... Mine gets about 24 hour or so...

Is it fully wound when you take it off? One of my PAMS has a power reserve complication, and I was surprised that it took about 70 winds to fully charge the watch. When I take it off fully charged, it has about 48 hrs of life in it .....

Yes you are right and that happens.
But the Asian7750 must be wound by its automatic device and not by your hand. And it should have minimun 24 hrs of PR and many times more 35 hrs.
Frankbank, most likely, you will need send your watch to be serviced.
Please inform where do you live in order to find a watchsmith as close as possible.

Anyway, try to wind it manually (carefully, you could to get broken the stem) and let's see what happens.
