postal choice -UK delivery

does anyone have any recommendation regarding choice of companies for delivery to UK

i am about to order a couple of watches and have been presented with about 8 different choices

i would like to track but safe delivery is top priority

8 options? I used to use EMS but then started using HK post. UK is pretty safe bet, however I would ask your TD and go with their recommendation.
