Respect to @fred for being an awesome seller, RWI member and human being, even when things don't go as planned. I purchased this 5513 from him a few weeks ago, And he was kind enough to drive across the border from Switzerland to France to mail it to me to avoid any customs issues. Great communication, everything went smoothly. Nothing but respect.
Unfortunately, there were some shipping shenanigans, and due to no fault of Fred's, the Dutch Postal Service tried delivering to the wrong address. Without either of us being able to do anything about it, the package was then returned to France. When Fred got the package back into his hands, the watch had disappeared.
I have no reason to believe that Fred had anything to do with this. I think we were just unlucky to have this box be handled by some asshole in either France, Belgium, or the Netherlands who peeked inside, saw a Rolex, and made it disappear.
However, Fred was great in his communication throughout, and we resolved the issue in a way that is satisfactory for both of us.
