Poor customer service from Puretime

I ordered a watch from them in March and until now I haven’t been able to wear it.

They sent one over and the date was completely off center and skewed to the righ.

In April, it took them 9 days to reply 1 email.

They finally replied and sent the replacement over. Then I found out the date only changes at 02:30hrs.

I have been emailing them and they received absolutely no reply.

Completely irresponsible behaviour. I want to receive my refund and never have to deal with these bunch again.

Sorry for what happened. I have asked the team and they have been answering you in the past days. If you have not removed any stickers, you can return for a refund. If stickers are removed, i am afraid it can only be fixed. The return address has been sent to you twice, you can follow the instruction to send it , thank you.
