dear all,

currently the preV basic dials 201a + 202a are ready to send them to rc tritec for indices filling in non-matched color.

my plan is for the christmas days to finish the next vector graphics for further dials
with our graphic design engineers.

so.. it would be nice you would give a selection of dials which you would like to see and have.

please post your statement.

many thanks

Hi Rolli, I'd like to have 000 and 005 dials.

An ultimate zero dial, from G series if Jakob can swing a CB or N series to install in a Noob V3 case, would make me happy.

I agree about an accurate sausage lume dial Vendome like 000 or 005.

But I think rollie would prefer Pre-V or Pre- A

Anyway, 005 and 000 dials is an authentic challenge

Of course, we all are talking about a lume sausage structure exactly to the gen structure with deep cavities (with the exact rounded upper contour) filled by lume material with a surface almost flat and looking like gen.

Rolli's dials are closest to recreating the coinage stamped process that Panerai uses. His dials are CNC engraved, then the edges of the cavities are polished before painting. But why let me explain it when Rolli does it so much better!!!;)

Also to answer Rolli's question. I am looking for a 201A matching and a 001/004 Pre-A

These would be epic.

A panerai 208a dial would be cool, but there probably wouldn't be a lot of people interested in it.

Coincidentally, I messaged DSN about this. I can assure you that if I can get DSN to make this case, there will be PLENTY of interest. The only problem is this would be a rep of a custom project created by Southy on HomageForum;) (A massive April Fools joke)

I still think it would be cool to have this watch made. It is a beauty! Which is why I messaged DSN... It would be a huge sales draw for a 6497 Sub case set.

note:

all preV - PreA dials had no this coinage stamp effect , that means no roundish indices edges.

only from a-serie and b-serie, and c.-serie not and d-serie not and all following series dials not too.

this is fact

Indeed Rolli! Of course you are correct. Just to be clear, I was responding to ALE's comment about the early Panerai sausage lume dials (001, 002, 004, 009) Not the Pre-V/Pre-A dials.

Rolli, Grim was talking about the early Panerai sausage dials (001, 002, 004, 009) neither Pre-V nor Pre-A dials.
