pocket watch genuine?

hi guys, i am not very expert about pocket watches, but i would like to buy one like present for a friend of mine, i found an omega on eBay , the dealer says that it is genuine and has a 100/100 positive feedback; what i am going to ask you is : is this watch really genuine ?

It looks fine to me. It's an earlier one and they didn't always mark their movements depending on where they were being exported to. It is an Omega movement.
