PO strap rubber with orange stitching?

My friend was asking me for a UPO on a black rubber strap with orange stitching that he saw at an AD. Does anyone know if this is available in a rep?

The gen strap is $175 without the deployant (which is another $200)!!!

I would like to get this one for him as a gift.
