My Planet Ocean arrived from T4D, but with some issues. I can't wind it; the crown turns freely without resistance and if you give the watch a shake or try to set the time the second hand will swing around.
I can set the time and date with the crown, but it doesn't change on its own. I'm at work so I can't take the back off yet. Anyone have any suggestions for a self-repair?

why not talking to T4D about a replacement instead? If you try messing with it and screw it up he might not take it back anymore

Thanks, I'll contact the dealer. I was hoping to avoid having to send it back just to make things easier on me and him, but it sounds like it would be the smart thing to do.
