PO Chrono second hand hesitation

Hello all,

First time post. Had a question for you PO Chrono guys. When you're running the chrono, does the second hand hesitate as it comes around to 60 seconds? Mine is doing it consistently each time it comes around to 60 seconds. It gets to about 58 seconds and then skips to 0. It occurs just as the minute subdial clicks to the next minute. I just got this watch yesterday from Hont and need to know if it's something I need to send back. It is the Asian 7750, fyi.
