Ploprof Help

I just got a V2 ploprof and have 2 questions.

1. Is it supposed to be difficult to push down the orange button and turn the bezel? Holy crap is it ever tight.

2. How is the pusher fastened inside the case? Is there a cover that pops off to expose some sort of screw?

V2 has the Eta clone. 28?? It has the functioning bezel lock.

It should be comfortably snug....it may loosen up a bit with use..
