Can anyone explain me why there are two different versions of this u-boat?

Both gen, just variations on the dial. The ebay one has some of the dial text impressed (Italo Fontana and the reg number underneath automatico) and not printed as the amazon version. PLus the guy has over 17,000 feedbacks
